Payment Notice And Pay Less Notice: Check The Dates

Record the due date, notice dates and final date for payment. Check the recipient and allowed service route in the signed terms.

Read changes to the form too. Do not copy dates from an old job or assume any email address is the correct route.

State The Sum And Basis

A payment notice and a pay less notice serve different roles. State the sum thought due and the basis required for that notice.

Show the work value, changes, deductions and prior payments clearly. Check that any schedule adds up to the notice sum and keep proof of service.
